问题 unable to access 'https://github.com/torch/env.git/': Could not resolve host: github.com

ubuntu16.04 安装 pytorch 时， 在 git clone 之后， 报错如标题，Could not resolve host: github.com
解决办法：vim /etc/resolv.conf
增加：nameserver 8.8.8.8 或者 nameserver 114.114.114.114 即可。
