<Windows系统>使用C/C++语言控制7.1声道音量源代码

在国内的网址上找不到类似的文章,于是从其他方面着手,找到了如下的代码。

并使用VS2010编译通过,代码公布,遵循GPL规定。

具体代码从GITHUB中的QT代码移植到VS2010
