今天运行这个程序https://github.com/tflearn/tflearn/blob/master/examples/basics/weights_persistence.py，报错标题的错误
网上查到的解决方法几个都是修改源代码，原因是numpy的版本比较新，于是想能否不修改源代码而降低numpy的版本来解决？于是卸载了原来安装的numpy1.13.3，重新安装为numpy1.10，运行语句如下：
pip uninstall numpy
pip install numpy==1.10
