关于hibenate 中的session is closed问题

烦劳大家帮忙看一下这个问题， 最近项目已经正式上线。在单用户本地测试的时候没有出现该异常，但是涉及多用户操作的 时候总是在启动项目不久之后就会出现该问题。查询了很多解决方法尝试未果，请大家帮忙！！！！！

使用的是hibenate 方言。
