vs编译freeswitch 的mod_sofia库。

编译freeswitchconsole时，并没有编译mod_sofia,所以就没办法加载mod_sofia.dll。freeswitchconsole跑起来就没有监听5060端口。

生成: 项目: pthread，需要pthreads，下载
ftp://sourceware.org/pub/pthreads-win32/pthreads-w32-2-9-1-release.tar.gz
解压改名为pthreads-w32-2-9-1后放在freeswitch.git\libs\

生成: 项目: libsofia_sip_ua_static需要gawk.exe

解压后将gawk.exe放在freeswitch.git\libs\sofia-sip\win32\

重新编译mod_sofia

我运行时，UA还是会报错：Error Creating SIP UA for profile:

选择freewitchconsole项目-->生成依赖项-->项目依赖项  把mod_sofia选上，重新运行freeswitchconsole
