Baking Methods. Two different methods were used. Method 1 was baking the bread at a temperature which did not exceed 200 ℃. Method 2 involved a higher temperature, but without exceeding 230 ℃. In both of these methods, the baking time was around 2 hours. Other than these, all parameters were kept at a standard value for bread-baking.
