被拒原因是：

PLA 1.2
The seller and company names associated
with your app do not reflect the financial service providers of the financial products offered in the app, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. 


Next Steps

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the retailer. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.

PLA 1.2

Upon further review, we find the seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect as a financial institution in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

隐约觉得是那几个原因：

   1. 发布应用, 不能是个人账号, 必须为公司账号

    1.    开发者账号不是企业邮箱注册；


    2.    开发者账号和和企业认证域名不一致；


    3.    APP名称和公司名称差很多。

我们给苹果打了电话，他们就是话术“我们也无能为力，但是可以走我们正常申诉流程”，也没有了解到更多信息，比如解决方式之类的。

具体解决办法是：

    1.    说明App一直以App Store为主市场；


    2.    提供后台登陆邮箱的域名和官网域名（技术支持网站）都是属于我司的截图；


    3.    提供APP名称【XXX】的商标注册书复印件；


    4.    提供我司关于【XXXapp】的软件著作权；


    5.    提供我司和第三方商家的合同首页和末页（盖章页）；


    6.    告知我们正在进行大型活动，下架对我们造成了严重影响。


   7.Product name，display name，bundle name名称一致。

总之，说明白app就是公司产品就行。

如果还是审核被拒

可以尝试下述方式：

①苹果规定：金融类应用只能用对应公司名称的开发者账号上传。

②如果你不想采取上面的方式，且你是在帮助客户提交应用，可以让客户将你的开发者账号添加到他们的开发者账号团队成员中，然后再尝试提交。

③审核期间，将敏感信息和功能删除或隐藏。

方法4：

1、如果是登录后才能进去app的，就简单了，判断是审核用的账号，给假的（审核用的账号是你提供的，你是知道的。）

2、如果是免登陆可以进去的，选手动发布，然后服务器指向假的服务器，审核通过后，切换回来服务器，然后点发布
