fragment异常android.app.Fragment$InstantiationException: Unable to instantiate fragment

之前有遇到过一个异常，没在意，后期又不显示了，最近又出来了，后来百度了一下，找到一个不错的帖子。

构造函数异常：

android.app.Fragment$InstantiationException: Unable to instantiate fragment com.jsbd.news.NewsFragmentTitles: make sure class name exists, is public, and has an empty constructor that is public
