Hypothesis:
Patameters
and the cost function is ,and this function is otherwise called the"Squared error function",or "Mean squared error"
it can measure the accuracy of our hypothesis function .
中一条直线对应的一个点，（此时theta0为0）
的coutour图的中心红点即为它的最低点，它对应的一条直线，此时这条直线对于样本点的最佳模型。
