461. Hamming Distance
The Hamming distance between two integers is the number of positions at which the corresponding bits are different.Given two integers x and y, calculate the Hamming distance.
Note:
0 ≤ x, y < 231.
Example:
Input: x = 1, y = 4
Output: 2
Explanation:
1 (0 0 0 1)
4 (0 1 0 0)
↑ ↑
The above arrows point to positions where the corresponding bits are different.
解法一
利用java的bitCount()函数,计算1的个数。public class Solution { public int hammingDistance(int x, int y) { return Integer.bitCount(x ^ y); } }
解法二
先异或,再判断1的个数。public class Solution { public int hammingDistance(int x, int y) { int xor = x ^ y; int count = 0; for (int i = 0; i < 32; i++) { count += (xor >> i) & 1; } return count; } }
