Oracle Database
11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production 启动数据库的时候遇到了，ORA-32004但不影响数据库的使用。

为了避免这个错误的出现可以reset相关的参数
 
如：在Oracle 11g中手工设置了log_archive_start 为true，在启动时就会出现ORA-32004
从10g以后当数据库为归档模式时，oracle会自动启动归档进程。不在需要设置log_archive_start参数。
alter system reset log_archive_start scope=spfile;

SQL> select * from v$version;
BANNER

SQL> show parameter log_archive_start

SQL> alter system set log_archive_start=true scope=spfile;
系统已更改。
 
SQL> shutdown immediate
数据库已经关闭。
已经卸载数据库。
ORACLE 例程已经关闭。
SQL> startup

ORACLE 例程已经启动。
