开始以为是properties文件错了，看看后面格式有没有对，发现是对的，网上查了说是资源文件加载顺序问题，结果

试了两个

<context:property-placeholder location="classpath:jdbc.properties"/>和

   <bean id="propertyConfigurer"
class="org.springframework.beans.factory.config.PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer">
<property name="locations">
<list>  

             <value>classpath:jdbc.properties</value>

        </list> 
</property>
</bean>

最后才看到，多了default-autowire="byName"，按这个解析后面问题就有了，多谢前任指点，

好了，可能也有别的原因，比如类型不匹配，实际解决。ok
