使用系统相册,相机拍照裁剪图片--记录

在项目中使用到过,以后可以直接使用。包含动态权限使用,解决无法加载资源以及在裁剪后部分手机崩溃问题
弹出对话框,选择拍照还是从相册中选。使用时修改类名。
