可以用10.2.0.3的代替，参考oracle官方文档375408.1
The script catnoawr.sql is not shipped along with the oracle software installation files in certain platforms of 10.2.0.1 and 10.2.0.2. In such a case you can use the script which has been shipped along with
the 10.2.0.3 installation files. Execution of the 10.2.0.3 script in 10.2.0.1 or 10.2.0.2 does not have any impact
