User experience is about how it works on the outside, where a person comes into contact with it.

用户体验被忽略的原因

当一个产品出现的时候，第一步就是把想法实现出来，然后迅速将产品推向市场。

后来出现的企业为了强调产品的一些特性，就加入了越来越多的功能。当产品越来越复杂，笨重，难用的时候企业开始意识到用户体验是一个重要的竞争优势。

Effective communication is a key factor in the success of your product.The world’s most powerful functionality falters and fails if user can’t figure out how to make it work.

Any user experience effort aims to improve efficiency .This basically comes in two keys forms:

Helping people work faster and helping them make fewer mistake.

The concept of user-centered design

is very simple: Take the user into account every step of the way as

you develop your product.

以用户为中心的设计思想非常简单

在开发产品的每一个步骤中，都要把用户列入考虑范围。

Take sth into account 对某事加以考虑，考虑，考虑某事

Every step of the way 一路相伴，方法的每一步

This means taking into account every possibility of every action the user is likely to take and understanding

the user’s expectations at every step of the way through

that process.

用户体验要考虑到用户有可能采取的每一个行动的每一个可能性，并且去理解在这个过程中的每个步骤中的用户的期望值
