Linux启动tomcat，报错解决方案二

一、报错信息
Aug 23, 2016 8:43:01 PM org.apache.catalina.startup.ContextConfig applicationWebConfig
SEVERE: Parse error in application web.xml file at jndi:/localhost/Demo/WEB-INF/web.xml
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.
二、解决方案
检查新放入的war包，存在空的web.xml文件。
建立工程时，注意空的xml文件
