VMware 不能识别U盘的解决办法

解决方案：
首先确认服务已经打开：
【右键计算机】->【管理】->【服务和应用程序】->【服务】->【VMware USB Arbitration Service】->【右键启动】。
设置VMware：
【VM】->【Settings】->【Hardware】->【USB Controller：Present】->【右边：Connections三个选中】，有些情况下第三个是灰色的无法选中，此时可以关闭虚拟机，然后通过设置中【VM】->【Settings】->【Hardware】->【USB
Controller：Present】->【右边：Connections三个选中】，此时可以选中了。
重启虚拟机后，插入U盘，提示：
The following devices can be connected to this virtual machine using the status bar or choosing VM > Removable Devices: Each
device can be connected either to the host or to one virtual machine at a time.
点击OK即可，若第一次不行，再次重启就好了。
