1、 yum install gnome*

2、 yum install *font*

3、更改 vi /root/.vnc/xstartup （用下面内容替换）

gnome-session &

4、更改分辨率

vi /etc/sysconfig/vncservers

5、关闭防火墙 service iptables stop

6、将selinux 更改为 disabled

vi /etc/selinux/config

SELINUX=disabled

重启 即可。。。
