按照提示还就真去那个网址看了一下，也没有所得。

猜测就是应为没有权限，所以准备用sudo试试，结果蹦出了如下这样的提示！！！

Error: Cowardly refusing to 'sudo brew install'

You can use brew with sudo, but only if the brew executable is owned by root.

However, this is both not recommended and completely unsupported so do so at

your own risk.

唉，人家既然不建议咱们就别这么干了吧，忽然想到还有这么一招。

sudo chown -R <username>:<group> /usr/local/etc/openssl/

按照提示一步步操作，没有问题了。
