通过Broker进行Switchover

在已配置好Broker的情况下进行Switchover是很方便的操作

DGMGRL> show configuration

Configuration - KING

Protection Mode: MaxPerformance

Databases:

king_pri - Primary database

king_std - (*) Physical standby database

Fast-Start Failover: ENABLED

Configuration Status:

SUCCESS

-----------查看switchover用法

DGMGRL> help switchover

Switches roles between a primary and standby database

Syntax:

SWITCHOVER TO <standby database name>;

DGMGRL> switchover to king_std

Performing switchover NOW, please wait...

New primary database "king_std" is opening...

Operation requires shutdown of instance "king" on database "king_pri"

Shutting down instance "king"...

ORACLE instance shut down.

Operation requires startup of instance "king" on database "king_pri"

Starting instance "king"...

ORACLE instance started.

Database mounted.

Database opened.

Switchover succeeded, new primary is "king_std"

-----------switchover之后再次查看

DGMGRL> show configuration

Configuration - KING

Protection Mode: MaxPerformance

Databases:

king_std - Primary database

king_pri - (*) Physical standby database

Fast-Start Failover: ENABLED

Configuration Status:

SUCCESS
