XP系统中安装postgresql，出现Problem running post-install step.解决

安装Postgresql出现如下错误：

Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly. The database cluster initialisation failed.

可能是两个原因导致的，

(1).database locale设置问题，不能选default了，选择了Chinese或Chinese,Macau S.A.R.应该就可以了。

(2).在XP系统中安装即使按照(1)中步骤也可能会继续报错，那就是安装文件的文件夹权限问题。解决方法如下：

      Postgresql安装的文件夹D:/PostgreSQL、D:/PostgreSQL/9.4、D:/PostgreSQL/9.4/data文件夹的用户控制权限选择完全控制，再重新覆盖安装即可。
