Optical flow has application in object division, object recognize, object tranjactory and etc.
Criterion Standard
Precision: concentrate in small region not a large range.
Universalism: using in most of scenery.
Robustness: not be sensitive to noise.
Computation Complexity: be fast.
Methods
Differential equation:
(This method is bad especially in violent motion scenery. As this method is based on the hypothesis that luma is unchanged)
Matching
Block matching in a window based on the hypotheses that object just has position moving. Using SSD to calculate the matching.
Energy Based method
Phase Based Method
Neuronal Networks
