cygwin在Win10下的问题 perl.exe: *** fatal error in forked process - fork: can't reserve memory for parent

在Win10 TH2 10586 v1511版本中，32位的cygwin无法fork64位的进程，

解决方法

下载最新的Cygwin 2.4.0-0.9并覆盖到cygwin或cygwin64目录中，https://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2015-12/msg00090.html
