问题

在安装maven的时候，我在cmd里面输入mvn install的时候报错：

原因和解决方法

报错说是需要一个工程来执行，但是没有POM，我推测是maven工程的执行开始于pom.xml，正如javaweb工程开始于web.xml，这句话意思是想要执行一个maven工程，目录底下必须有pom.xml，现在没有，所有报错了。我的解决方法是进入到maven工程根目录下面（有pom.xml），然后执行mvn install就好了。
