xcode因为cocoapods打不开

运行Xcode软件打不开，提示因为cocoaPod插件故障，想通过终端删除cocoaPods插件，发现Mac终端打开出现以下异常： 
[forkpty: Resource temporarily unavailable]  
[未能创建新的进程和打开伪终端 (pseudo-tty)。
