加入中文支持

1.放开USE_MODELTRANSLATION

2.加入中文，放开i18n

3.如果是在windows中保存，会默认保存未asii编码，注意另存为utf-8

4.重启服务，可以看到中文支持已经添加，整个过程不需要修改源码。
