AIX 未开启AIO引起SQLPLUS登陆报错exec(): 0509-036

新接手一个环境，主机是从其它小机恢复来的，遇到一些问题，记录一下。

重启主机：

AAAAAt:/# shutdown -Fr

重启后正常：
