Telnet/SSH to Fedore Server Very Slow

Summary:
The root cause of telnet/ssh to fedore server is dns resolve issue.
Telnet/SSH slow response in FC8:
In my environment FC8 is in LAN, there is some setting of WAN in resolv.conf.
172.18.100.X is company network dns server.
Original:
search www.comp.com
nameserver 172.18.100.X
New:
search example.net
SSH slow response in FC8:
/etc/ssh/sshd_conf: add "UseDNS no".
