QCAR initialization error .unabel to contact server. please try again later

According to Qualcomm,
the QCAR SDK now supports all android Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, and Honeycomb devices.

I found this thread, which lists four sanity checks:

Is your device connected to a wifi network with an internet connection?
Can you load a webpage using the Browser app?
Can you load an webpage at an https address?
Is the date and time on your device are set correctly?

大概意思是：
1.手机有没有联网联网？

2.手机浏览器能打开网页吗？

3.能加载一个https的网页吗？

4.手机的时间是否正确？
