感谢win黑屏事件，让我有勇气开始一直向往的linux之旅。从ububntu开始用了近十个发行版本，有些是一瞥而过，有的或有些许留念。也许这就是
linux的优势－－自由－－我选择－－我作主！带着或大或小的遗憾，我经历过一两个月前的4.0r7的失败(回想当时可能是仓促)，再此向经典致敬
------debian lenny(5.0)。我想用xfce，开始我下了xfce的live的镜像和cd1的镜像，但都无法从硬盘引导成功，没辙，下了默认gnome的cd1 镜像，安装相当顺（十来个版本没白玩！）。可是有东西还得按习惯记下来，备用。

网络设置

我有个发现，以前装4.0r7时DHCP自动激活。可是5.0却不能，但在一次重装时我开着我的本本，安装过程就发生了变化，我想是DHCP已激活所致，因为这是的APT设置变的一蹴而就，原来装到这里都相当滞缓。果然，装好后进入系统网络已经可用。我想大概是因为我的本本开着以至路由器处于激活状态？不管！以下是在HDCP没有激活时的手工设置方案：

（以我粗浅的经验和拿来主义的秉性而言，这意味着扩展应用和升级的基石，我纳闷的是我们的“国货”在这方面作的没洋货好，这也是我热情澎湃的“国货”了一把后的无奈叹息。）

上次的4.07，由于仓促没倒腾灵清源的事儿。现在倒腾好了。用了个台湾的（国内还没建立，不知道是没建立5.0还是没建立debian官方镜像，后来我用businesscard镜像装时发现其实有中国的服务器在官方列表里。不过有时手头明明有资源不知道利用也有的，163.的镜像我一直收藏的，可后来才发现，也能用，还相当满意。）

轻量化会话

xfce,lxde.openbox 都能很方便的实现，我是第一次看到光秃秃的openbox(以前见过有panel的)，不过能通过运行gnome-
panel,pypanel或
lxpanel其中任何一个配合起来就可以方便地使用了。lxde也是不错的选择，可惜华人做的东东没作汉化，呵呵。xfce是我用的最久的。总之，在
debian上，因为openbox,我第一次有了把不同环境进行组合使用的流畅体验，真不错。难怪有位老兄感慨说：原来,openbox才是王道...

如果只安装了标准系统

apt-get install xfce4 xdm alsa-base alsa-utils gnome-power-manager
gnome-themes gnome-icon-theme ttf-bitstream-vera ttf-arphic-uming

执行 alsaconf 一路回车。 设置音量，取消静音，ESC 键退出。

保存设置 alsactl store

测试 cat /dev/urandom > /dev/dsp 你将会听到非常好听的声音，恭喜你，你的声卡工作了。

按照我的习惯，想到一个写一个，我只有简单的应用，一般系统装好我多想着先去掉我不想要得东东，debian的系统是最干净的，我不做这事了，想用什么

后者仰慕前者, 前者嫌后者 license 有问题, 后者遂...

其实好像大多数 distro 都是不收录 mplayer 的, 非独Debian如此.

mplayer添加skin

解压到桌面

cd /home/kantian/Desktop/PowerPlayer/

下一个w32codecs的.deb包

另外一种方案：

把essential-20071007包解压

Linux下安装Mplayer后打开一个rmvb格式的电影，声音都很正常，但是没有图像。

　　vo=xv，将其改成vo=x11。

　　但是我改过之后仍然没有图像，然后继续找其它的原因。

　　

　　先用 sudo apt-get install w32codecs 试了一下，没有可用的软件包

　　然后去网上下了个w32codecs包，下载链接如下:

　　关于mplayer配置文件的一些说明

　　vo=xv(选择默认的播放模式，xv模式是支持显卡硬加速功能的模式，对cpu的占用很小，推荐；更多的显示模式可以用命令mplayer -vo help看，其中的vesa模式可以在不启动xwin界面时播放，有点象当年DOS下的金山影霸)

　　ao=oss（选择声音的播放模式，oss是兼容性最好的播放模式，推荐；你也可以试试sdl模式）

　　fs=yes（全屏模式，yes的话默认以全屏播放，no或前面加#号注释掉这行的话则默认是1：1播放模式）

　　zoom=yes（即时改变电影画面大小，yes的话则可以用鼠标随意将播放画面拉大拉小，no的话不能）

　　gui = yes（默认是图形化操作界面，这需要你先前用./configure --enable-gui来编译，否则的话就算yes也没有gui操作界面）

　　skin = default（设置默认的skin，将等号右边的值换成skin所放目录就可以设置想要的skin为默认了，这个参数在用gui操作界面才有效）

　　cache = 8192（默认的播放缓存大小，如果机器内存够大，则将它加大一点，如果不是很大，譬如128以下，还是用默认的算了）

　　framedrop = yes（允许跳帧，如果你的机器CPU速度非常非常慢的话请将这个yes，默认是no或前面加#号将这行禁止；对于366MHZ以上的机器，建议都设成no或前面加#号）其他设置用默认就行
