摘自：JM86 parset.c void FillParameterSetStructures (seq_parameter_set_rbsp_t *sps, pic_parameter_set_rbsp_t *pps)
sps->frame_mbs_only_flag = !(input->PicInterlace || input->MbInterlace);
PicInterlace表示帧级隔行扫描
MbInterlace表示宏块级隔行扫描
在配置文件中，有如下说明：
PicInterlace = 0 # Picture AFF (0: frame coding, 1: field coding, 2:adaptive frame/field coding)
MbInterlace = 0 # Macroblock AFF (0: frame coding, 1: field coding, 2:adaptive frame/field coding)
sps->frame_mbs_only_flag = !(input->PicInterlace || input->MbInterlace);
PicInterlace表示帧级隔行扫描
MbInterlace表示宏块级隔行扫描
在配置文件中，有如下说明：
