WIN7/8.1 64位rails服务无法启动的解决方案

错误：in
`rescue in
create_default_data_source':
No source of timezone data could be found. (TZInfo::DataSourceNotFound)出现以后Rails会自动退出。

解决方法

打开Gemfile，找到下面这一行，一般是在最后。

# Windows does not include zoneinfo files, so bundle the tzinfo-data gem
gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:mingw, :mswin]

修改如下：

# Windows does not include zoneinfo files, so bundle the tzinfo-data gem
gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:x64_mingw, :mingw, :mswin]

然后运行'bundle install'，启动Rails即可。

如果你和我一样，运行了'bundle install'以后仍然不行，那就再运行一次'bundle update'，你会看到下面这行信息，再运行Rails就行了。
