jetty 出现pwc6345问题

今天在配置jetty嵌入项目的时候，出行了一个错误，搜索了一下网上也有人出现这种情况

错误的情况代码如下：

HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /MyJavaWeb/formProcess. Reason:

PWC6345: There is an error in invoking javac. A full JDK (not just JRE) is required

Caused by:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: PWC6345: There is an error in invoking javac. A full JDK (not just JRE) is required

看到最后一行发现是用jre进行解释的，而且jetty要求jdk。所以产生这个错误
首先，试了一种，博客如下：
