xampp 1.7.3 apache无法启动的问题

为了测试程序，安装了xampp。

之前用过1.7.0 ，mysqladmin.exe老是出错误。

更换到1.7.3了。

1.7.3下mysql没啥问题。apache出问题了，启动不了。

apache默认端口80，将80端口空出来也还是启动不了apache服务。

看logs/ 发现了下面的内容。

需要运行xampp/setup_xampp.bat

进行设置，将perl的插件disable掉。
