首先安装无线网卡驱动及fireware固件 http://blog.csdn.net/wps712/article/details/17978319
内核配置
我的网卡是:Network controller: Intel Corporation Centrino Ultimate-N 6300
配置无线网络协议栈
配置网卡驱动

安装固件
编译内核重启,配置网络
启用网卡
# ifconfig wlan0 up
安装工具iwconfig
# emerge net-wireless/wireless-tools
扫描网络
# iwlist wlan0 scan 找到ESSID
# iwlist wlan0 scan | grep ESSID
安装wpa
# emerge net-wireless/wpa_supplicant
生成配置文件
# wpa_passphrase <ssid> <password> > wpa.conf
启用网络
# wpa_supplicant -i wlan0 -B -c wpa.conf
获得ip
# dhcpcd wlan0

emerge --ask sys-firmware/iwl60000-ucode
编译内核重启,配置网络
启用网卡
# ifconfig wlan0 up
安装工具iwconfig
# emerge net-wireless/wireless-tools
扫描网络
# iwlist wlan0 scan 找到ESSID
# iwlist wlan0 scan | grep ESSID
安装wpa
# emerge net-wireless/wpa_supplicant
生成配置文件
# wpa_passphrase <ssid> <password> > wpa.conf
启用网络
# wpa_supplicant -i wlan0 -B -c wpa.conf
获得ip
