oracle 连接问题

今天测试本地wcs，发现启动报错：SQL 状态：61000，错误码：20 ， 使用工具连接为：The Network Adapter could not establish the connectio

其中google为：

后来检查应该是公司停机维护过导致oralce没有启动，下面操作完成ＯＫ：

$sqlplus system/oracle11 as sysdba (system需要以sysdba)

sql> startup

sql> quit

$ lsnrctl start (启动监听器）
