TNS-12541: TNS:no listener TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

新建的数据库，在配置完listener的时候报这个错。

在再次检查了ORACLE_HOME,ORACLE_SID，和 the listener.ora and the tnsnames.or 之后。
修改了 /etc/hosts,将localhost 设置为

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost

重新启动Oracle listener，问题解决。
