1. When back to office, check the mail box and sort their priorities up - reply the urgent mail

2. Check if any meeting today and prepare some update in meeting when necessary

3. Calm down and recall the past events, sort out the tasks, mark down in your notebook

4. Have a chat / call with subordinates about related tasks

5. Start to do some dependency task so that it can go to next step/people

6. Start to do your urgent -> important -> normal tasks ( pls compact point 5) e.g. meeting arrangement
