授权者授予某个用户“系统权限”，同时也允许被授权者将这个权限授予其他用户

可以为角色赋予“系统权限”

with grant option

授权者授予某个用户“对象权限”，同时也允许被授权者将这个权限授予其他用户

不可以为角色赋予“对象权限”

eg:

SQL> grant select on test to kuja with grant option;

grant select on test to kuja with grant option
