This is due to

Bug 8229877 : DBW TERMINATED THE INSTANCE AFTER ORA-00600 [KCLFUSION_1]

which is closed as duplicate of bug 4637902 .

1. Goto http://support.oracle.com --> click on patches and updates

2. Under Patch Search Put <4637902> as the patchID and Click on Search.

3. Select the patch for your OS.

4. Click on download. Read the readme.txt before applying the patch.

Note: Please review the Readme file for instructions on how to install the patch.

2) Apply the patch to TEST or DEV environment

3) Apply the patch to PROD environment

4) Update the service request once the patch is applied
