Course description

This course provides workers who work in statistical analysis with an introduction to use R to fix data quality.

Training Objectives

- Audience

This course is designed for statisticians who have little or no previous experience with R.

- Prerequisites

Trainees should have an adequate understanding of statistics and a basic understanding of computer programming.

- Methods

This training will provide several elaborate materials in a web-based format. Exercises will focus on how to code R to fix data quality problem. It also includes how to create statistical graph and save it to jpg file.

- Learning and Performance Outcomes

After this training course, trainees will be able to use R to fix some common data quality problem and know enough about R programming language to perform basic tasks such as the following:

Use basic data types in R
Create Dot Plots & Jitter Plots
Make a correlation Test
Make a rule checking
Finding Missing Data
Create Pareto Charts
Create Control Charts
Use linear regression fix missing data

- Performance Measures

Trainees should be able to answer the questions by the end of each section.
