自己准备试验下用模板部署虚拟机，在vSphere的数据中心里新建一2003 安装好系统，装完2003的CD2之后没有任何操作，直接转换成模板，然后建立一个模板规范，
然后部署，结果每次部署都出错了，，错误如下图：

'winNetEnterpriseGuest' is not supported in
this configuration. Microsoft Vista (TM) and
Linux guests with Logical Volume Manager
are supported only for recent ESX host and
VMware Tools versions. Refer to vCenter

GOOGLE上查询到VMware的官方文档，原来是没装VM tools ，坑爹的，，将模板转换回虚拟机，开机 ，安装VM TOOLS，然后重新转换成模板， 重新部署， ，OK！成功。
