Background: A lot of legacy applications based on Lotus Notes in Client/Server mode, which has very poor performance when accessed from overseas, but the notes CS applications are able to drag & drop files extremely conveniently, everyone like it so much
as there are tons of workflow applications requiring attachment uploading.

HTML5 has the ability to implement the feature, so no reason stay with notes yet.
