Run Automation Test by MSTest.exe on 64bit OS

MSTest doesn’t work for 64bit binaries. However mstest can be used for 64bit
testing. To do this, test assembly needs to be compiled for “AnyCPU” and test setting should specify 64bit host process for test execution. Also the test should be running on 64bit machine. This will load the test assembly in 64bit and testing will happen
in 64bit mode.
