android的一个小错误的处理

不管我按照网上怎么处理都不管用，都无法识别到设备。

而后我将 android-sdk-windows\tools 和android-sdk-windows\platform-tools    加到了PATH里面，然后重启eclipse。发现可以正确使用了。估计就是配环境的问题。
