原因：spring security的基础数据没有数据，把数据加进去就可以了．我昨天在测试时添加了乱七八糟的数据，后来把数据清空了，但spring security启动时是需要读这些基础数据的，读不到，就会报这个错．

贴出来让需要的人少走弯路．
