The jaw crusher is the most widely used crushing machinery. Blackburn (Ei Whitney Black) early in 1858 first proposed the original model of the jaw crusher to obtain a patent, and in 1870 introduced the first jaw crusher. Its emergence promote the rock and mineral materials crushing by hand into mechanical crushing times. The structure of the jaw crusher is simple, manufacture easily, reliable, maintenance easily, size and height are smaller, they has been widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemicals, coal and other industries for nearly 140 years . Long-term practice of industrial production and research and development work promote its structure in-depth and improve the performance parameters (operation and structural parameters) continuously , which has reached a perfect level.
Since the reform and opening up, China's major iron ore mine
introduced various types of foreign advanced crushing machinery. For example,
Angang Qidashan iron ore and Shougang iron ore introduced the Swedish Svdedala
and German Krupp's most advanced large-scale hydraulic gyratory crusher
separately, Fujian Zijin Group to introduce the Sandvik S series gyratory
crusher and concentrator Baotou, Wuhan Iron and Steel Chengchao Iron the Qida
Hill iron ore introduced Sandvik company H series cone crusher
Metso Corporation and Metso HP hydraulic cone
crusher. As to the Compound pendulum type jaw crusher, I believe that the
general development direction:
(1) develop forward the large size . For example, Sandvik (Sandvik) and
China's Shanghai Construction Road and Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. produced 1 600
mm x2 200 mm large compound pendulum jaw crusher; Kobe, Japan, has developed a
large-sized compound pendulum jaw crusher, their crushing process concepts and
insights are totally different from other companies . Beijing Mining Research
Institute proposed the design concept of the dynamic nip angle,solved the
parameter optimization problem of cone crusher, and developed the dynamic nip
angle hyperbolic chamber jaw crusher and the outside moving jaw crusher, they
also innovated in the cavity design and structure.
(2) Do the in-depth theoretical study, conduct the crushing chamber
optimization.
(3) use the rolling bearing instead of plain bearings totally to reduce
energy consumption.
(4) new overload protection device changed a broken elbow board protection
system, used hydraulic overload protection and hydraulic regulating the
discharge opening, improved the jaw crusher running performance.
(5) personalized design. research from the rock mechanics , personalized
design for specific target user's requirements, improve its adaptability
substantially.
(6)improve the level of machinery manufacturing, composition, component
quality and design, decrease noise, reduce consumable consumption, increase the
crushing ratio, reduce maintenance costs.
