PHP日期和时间
1.验证日期。
checkdate()如果提供的日期有效，返回TRUE，否则返回FALSE。

2.格式化日期。
date()函数返回根据预定义的格式制定的指令格式化的时间和日期的字符串形式。

gettimeofday()函数返回与当前时间有关的元素所组成的一个关联数组。
