Major Challenges: (挑战)

• You will be working in a small team of testers in the region for this department and as a result must bring expertise and experience to the table. 具备团队合作的能力,发挥你的专业知识.

• Finding ways of automating tests for complex systems. 具备复杂的思考能力, 为系统制定一套自动测试的方法

• Rapidly getting up to speed with the system and technologies. Gaining an understanding of how the system should work. 具备与时俱进的能力, 为”系统该如何工作”提出建议

• Building an understanding of the business processes and products across many business lines. 具备随时扩充你的商业知识/业务流程的能力

Must develop strategies to handle day-state checks, which would include the ability to freeze market data universes for future use to provide static inputs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES 必备技能

• Excellent written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills. 英语口语写作良好, 交际能力强

• Excellent analysis and testing skills from a quality assurance / performance testing background 具备测试背景, 拥有良好的分析及测试能力

• Interested assuring quality products, through testing. 对测试拥有浓烈的兴趣

• Both a teamwork approach and self-sufficiency 既具备团队合作能力,同时也具备独立工作能力

Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (in order of importance) 必要经验(按重要性排序)

• Testing high performance computing solutions and providing quality assurance testing controls and management to such. 测试高性能计算解决方案，并提供质量保证测试，控制和管理等

• Experience of test automation and automatic running of tests. 自动化测试和自动测试运行经验

• Scripting skills: to automate repeatable work and to product web-based reports. 写脚本: 自动化重复的工作以及基于网络的产品报告.

Experience with multi-threaded, distributed systems spanning regions, hardware and technology.
