1.Jaw Crusher Everyday Maintenance

Lubricating Parts

Lubricating parts are utilized to adding lubricant conveniently and reliably into the needing parts in the crusher. (This machine has four parts that needed lubricant: the four shaft bearings.)

two. Jaw Crusher Lubrication

(1) To create confident that the machine can function well and has long working life, please add lubricant in time (add lubricant each and every 3-5 days).

(two) The lubricating grease that needs to add into the plate of shaft bearings is 50%-70% of total volume in the plate. Please add every single 3-6 months. Please clean the roller path of rolling bearing cautiously with clean petrol or kerosene just before adding lubricating grease. Oil drain hole must be opened during cleaning.

(three) The lubricating grease is chosen based on different climate and district. Calcium base grease, Sodium base grease, and calcium-sodium base grease could be applied. Use the mixture of thin oil and lubricating grease if the lubricating grease is too dry.

(four) Lubricating grease need to be added into the joints of toggle plate and its underlay in the course of installing and repairing.

Jaw crusher uses motor as its power. The motor drives the belt and belt pulley to make the moveable jaw move through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw is up, the angle between lining plate and moving jaw becomes large, and this will push moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. During this process, the material is crushed and ground, thus the crushing will be done. When the moving jaw is down, the angle between lining plate and moving jaw becomes small, the moving jaw plate will leave the fixed jaw plate on account of the effect of pulling bar and spring, and then the crushed material will be discharged from the lower opening of the crushing room. With the motor continuously rotating and the material periodically crushed and discharged by the crusher, the mass production can be realized.
